Detached villa with pool and garden, located in a very quiet area away from the city center 5 km from Can Pastilla beach.

The finca consists of 3 apartments.
The first apartment can accommodate 5 people and is built on one floor and consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, a full bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed.
The second apartment can accommodate 6 people and is built on two floors and consists of 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 of which are attached to the bedrooms, a large living room and an equipped kitchen.
The third apartment can accommodate 3 people and is built on one floor and consists of an

air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds, a full bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a living room with a single sofa bed.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.
The living rooms and kitchens are equipped with ceiling fans.

Other information
In the tower next to the pool lives the concierge who takes care of check-in and check-out, cleaning and maintenance of the garden and pool.
He will be very discreet and will let guests have their privacy but in case of need he will be available.

The finca is located in the countryside, in a very quiet area far from the city center.

Getting around the area

​To move comfortably and quickly you need to have a car.
The finca can be reached by bus but the bus stop is 550 m away and the road to reach it does not have a sidewalk.
The nearest supermarket is 1.8 km away, the Mercadona supermarket is 4 km away. ​​

The village of S'Aranjassa is 700 m away, Can Pastilla and its beach are 5 km away, S'Arenal is 7.2 km away, PMI airport is 6 km away but as the crow flies it is 1.5 km away, Palma de Majorca is 13km away.

Availability

  • From January to April minimum 2 nights

  • May minimum 3 nights (exceptions are made if there are 2 nights available between one booking and the other)

  • From June to September minimum 4 nights (exceptions are made if there are 2 or 3 nights available between one booking and the other)

  • From November to December minimum 2 nights

Check-in and check-out times

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM

  • Check-out by 17:00 AM​

Cancellation policy

  • To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the total reservation is required

  • In case of cancellation, no refund is provided
