Typical independent Mallorcan rustic finca with ozone pool and ozone water system, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room on the ground floor with television, living room on the upper floor with double sofa bed, 2 complete bathrooms, fully fenced garden, solarium, shaded rear patio with dining table, barbecue, outdoor ping-pong table and hammocks in the garden.

All rooms have ceiling fans.
The water is drinkable thanks to the ozone water system.

The concierge and his wife live in the annex next to the finca and take care of check-in and check-out, cleaning and maintenance of the garden and pool.
They will be very discreet and will let the guests have their privacy but if necessary they will be available.​

Deposit
€600 to be paid at check-in, will be returned after check-out if nothing is broken and the accommodation is left in good condition

 

Discounts

  • 5% for all bookings made 3 months in advance

  • 5% for stays of 5 to 6 nights

  • 10% for stays of 7 to 13 nights

  • 20% for stays of 14 to 29 nights

  • 30% for stays of 30 nights

Availability

  • April minimum 2 nights

  • May minimum 3 nights (exceptions are made if there are 2 nights available between one booking and the next)​

  • June to September minimum 4 nights (exceptions are made if there are 2 or 3 nights available between one booking and the next)

  • October minimum 2 nights

Check-in and check-out times

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM

  • Check-out by 11:00 AM​

Reservations and cancellation policy

  • To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the total reservation is required

  • In case of cancellation, no refund is provided
